Chaitali's Story
Completed Master’s Degree in 1997 & got married 2 years later and remained content enjoying with family for almost a decade. But back in mind, there remained a feeling always that I, as an individual has no/lost my Identity which was kicking me all the time to start doing something to create an Identity for myself, besides being recognized as a daughter, a wife or a mother.
Worked as Teacher in a reputed Primary School in Delhi for some time to remain engaged. Still the word ‘Identity’ kept kicking me always that I was not happy with what I was.

First knock came in 2010… when I joined as a Consultant with Oriflame foreseeing the huge underlying opportunity & potential in Oriflame Business and gradually started empowering myself as well as others in my network, thereby creating an ‘Individual Identity’ for myself. And then, I never looked back
Results and success started pouring in earlier than expected
Became Senior Manager in 2012
Became 15% Manager & 18% Manager in same year
Reached level of Director in 2013
Received recognition as the 1st Senior Director in Delhi in 2017 as well as Gold Director in a single month.
Achieved Senior Gold Directorship in 2018
Receiver of several awards in Oriflame, most recent being one amongst ‘Top 10 Fastest Growing Leaders’ in North India for 2 consecutive years
As on date, am empowering & managing a dedicated group of 40,000+ entrepreneurs and mompreneurs.
Being regarded as the ‘Offline Champion’ of Oriflame Delhi Branch until now…, soon growing as one of the ‘Online Leaders’ as well
Earning sustainable 6-digit income per month, including many of my network members
Winner of 4 Cash Awards worth Rs. 375,000/- so far
